If and when the necessary technology is invented and developed, Quidditch will inevitably become a real-world sport. However, as practiced by Muggles, it will probably - almost certainly - require:

• Safety Nets
• Helmets
• Bludgers made of rubber instead of iron

Quidditch without these safety features will be illegal.
