RyansWorld: 2017 Sprint Cup Championship
From Future
The 2017 Sprint Cup Championship will be the first championship in NASCAR history to be won by using hydroelectric fuels, instead of fossil fuels. By this time, the younger generation of NASCAR, who will be born in the year 1997 or later will probably enter their rookie year in the Sprint Cup. Although these new racers would redefine the face of NASCAR forever, it would be Kyle Busch would would win his fifth championshile while driving his #18 Joe Gibbs Toyota car. This Toyota car was converted from a Chevrolet in 2008 thanks to a huge cash influx from Toyota to the Joe Gibbs Racing racing team.
The Car of Tomorrow will reach its zenith during this year, and by the early 2020s, the Car of Tomorrow will start showing signs of being obsolete (and will be dubbed the Car of Yesteryear as early as the year 2026). Despite all the criticism throughout the 2020s and 2030s, the Car of Tomorrow will be used at least until the year 2038 when they develop a hybrid between a typical NASCAR stock car and a Formula 1 racing car (due to the fact that Formula 1 will lose all their business to NASCAR due to their top drivers leaving for extra money and better competition).
For the xenophobic fans of NASCAR, this will be the last year of competitions before the foreigners from Champ Car and Formula 1 come in full force, and take over NASCAR with their foreign languages, separate national anthems, and non-Anglophone names. By the year 2030, white Protestant males (who once had a monopoly on this American-born sport), will become few and far between, as foreigners and women of all nationalities will become dominant in the NASCAR of the future.
