In a future with liberal morality laws, hedonism will be an accepted and even socially expected way of life for people over the age of majority (varies from country to country, and if one exists). However, in a future with conservative morality laws, hedonism will be eradicated by the governing establishment and people will marry in their early teens (because they get bored and start having thoughts about reproducing instead of wasting their lives slaving for their parents).
