Copyright
From Future
Copyright, or intellectual property in general is challenged in the 21st century, as everything becomes increasingly easy to copy, from software to songs to drugs to material objects.
It is not yet evident to everyone, but traditional copyright and patent laws are doomed for technical reasons. In several decades access to most information will be free and open, because it's too easy to distribute - legally or not.
